If you have dual specializations, one of them must be in the specified field. For major/minor specializations, your major specialization should be in the prescribed stream. If you hold a PG Degree (MMS or MBA) or a PG Diploma with more than two specializations, you are not eligible to apply. Please note that for positions other than IT Officer Scale I, candidates should possess a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/language or should have studied Computer/Information Technology as one of their subjects during High School/College/Institute.
